You think it’s easy to be a stay at home mom? You leave everyday to go to work where you associate with ‘mature adults,’ while your baby momma stays home and tears her hair out.
Imagine if your boss cried and whined all day
just because you wouldn’t give him a cookie. He rolls around on the floor kicking and screaming. Then he poops his pants, and you have to clean it up. All the while he is still whining about cookies.
You finally get him to take a lunch break and eat something kind of healthy. Somehow he forgets about the cookie for 30 seconds.
Then it’s time for a nap
He gets tucked into bed by some miracle, you read him a story, get his stuffed animals arranged around him just how he likes. Kiss him and try to leave but he starts the tantrum all over again because you forgot to kiss his stuffed animals too. You give them each a quick smooch and start backing out of the room but now your boss is screaming. Once he catches his breath and is able to speak he tells you that you didn’t kiss them in the right order. You consult your boss on the proper order of kissing his stuffed animals and then implement the new project as he instructs you until you do it correctly and he is finally quiet. You are then able to tiptoe out of his office without even a whimper of discontent and it seems he is drifting off to dreamland.
Finally some peace, your boss is not hanging over your shoulder so you collapse on the couch and think about tackling that huge pile of laundry. Then the dogs bark and your boss starts crying for his mommy.
The best job in the world
and also the hardest.
Everyone gets vacation days and sick days except for stay at home moms.
Give your baby momma a breather and a timeout from the house, the screaming kids, the dogs, cats, animals, housework, cooking. Everything.
She deserves it for being Employee of Your Lifetime.
*exchange Momma for Daddy where necessary.
What do you think? Are you a stay at home mom? Or a working parent?
